The Blackberry Storm 9500 is the prettiest touch screen 3G Smartphone from Blackberry to date. The 9500 comes in a futuristic looking and elegant black coloured casing with silver coloured edges. Considering the technology crammed into the Blackberry Storm handset it’s a fairly compact unit, measuring 14mm x 62.2mm x 112.5mm and weighing just 155 grams. The Storm 9500 is one of the Blackberry Smartphone family which includes other 3G phone’s with business and communication focused features such as the Blackberry Bold 9000,  Blackberry pearl 8120 and Blackberry Curve. This mobile comes with a fitted battery which provides 5.5 hours of talk time and up to 360 hours of standby battery time.


A large 3.2 inch coloured touch screen dominates this handset and provides a high resolution display (360 x 480 pixels and 65k colours) for graphic control of all the phones functions and features a QWERTY keyboard display allowing easy input of text and numbers. The screen will auto rotate using built-in accelerometer to suit the functions being used at the time. The Blackberry Storm 9500 supports SureType (allows users to quickly and accurately compose messages using single-handed operation or two-handed thumb-typing ) and multi tap input (a key is pressed multiple times to access the list of letters on that key) on this stunning handset. The Blackberry Storm has user friendly organiser, diary and calendar functions making time management an simple task. Built in GPS works in conjunction with Blackberry maps applications allowing user to find best routes to destinations.
